1. How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but it usually takes our customers 7-14 business days to get their package delivered.


3. When will my order ship out?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, followed by the shipping times displayed above.


4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Orders must be canceled or modified right after they've been placed (within 1 hour). Otherwise, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system, and once they're shipped, they can't be stopped/canceled in transit.
